Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Welcome to Future Vision Society.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit our website, purchase products from us or otherwise use our online store and related services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products to you.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. About Future Vision Society

Future Vision Society is an online retail brand offering products inspired by technology, crypto, digital culture, design and the world around us.

Many of our products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Products may include clothing, wall art, mugs, accessories, phone cases, bags, desk accessories, home products, gifts and other items.

Our products are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, printing process and the materials used.

For clothing and other products where dimensions or sizing are important, please review the product information and size guide carefully before ordering.

Because many products are produced individually on demand, minor variations that are normal characteristics of the printing or manufacturing process may occur.

These provisions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

You are responsible for checking that the products, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery address and other information entered during checkout are correct before submitting your order.

After your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or

  • we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

We currently accept payment through methods made available at checkout, which may include:

  • Shopify Payments;

  • Apple Pay; and

  • Google Pay.

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

You must provide accurate and authorised payment information.

We do not currently offer instalment payment options.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

Many Future Vision Society products are made specifically after an order is received rather than being held as traditional inventory.

Once an order enters production, it may no longer be technically possible for us to change its size, colour, design, quantity or other details.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as quickly as possible at:

futurevisionsociety.contact@gmail.com

We will try to help where possible, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once production has started.

Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are not affected by this provision.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Estimated production and delivery information will be provided through our website, checkout or Shipping Policy where applicable.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure orders are produced and delivered within the applicable timeframe.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return eligible products or obtain remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The fact that a standard product is produced on demand does not, by itself, remove any cancellation rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Different rules may apply to products that are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Products supplied by us must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact:

futurevisionsociety.contact@gmail.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs showing the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund or another available solution.

9. Product Availability

Because products are produced through third-party fulfilment providers, availability may occasionally change without notice.

We may modify or discontinue products or variants where reasonably necessary.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order and we cannot provide it, we will contact you and refund the relevant amount where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Future Vision Society name, branding, original designs, graphics, written content and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by or licensed to Future Vision Society.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, sell, commercially exploit or distribute our original designs, branding or website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation or security.

You must not knowingly:

  • introduce malicious software or harmful code;

  • attempt unauthorised access to our website or related systems;

  • use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activity;

  • scrape or systematically extract content for unauthorised commercial use; or

  • use our services in a way that violates applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, Printify, payment providers and delivery providers.

These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies governing their services.

Links to third-party websites may also appear on our website.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites that we do not control.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that we are legally required to accept in relation to products or services sold by us.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which service providers may receive it and the rights available to you.

14. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for supplying products in accordance with our contract with you and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted in relation to your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses resulting from circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.

If you purchase products primarily for business or commercial purposes rather than as a consumer, different legal rights may apply.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Sometimes production or delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as significant carrier disruption, severe weather, infrastructure failures or other unexpected events.

If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect on your order and communicate with you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our store, products, services, technology or applicable requirements.

The version that applies to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when your order was placed.

The latest version will be available on our website with the updated date shown above.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

19. Contact
